About
Being in Oneness, BIO, grew out of my own need to slow down.
For a long time, I lived at a fast pace, often in my head and always moving toward the next thing. It was in nature that I began to find my way back – by walking more slowly, breathing, and simply being present.
That experience changed something in me.
Today, I create spaces where you can do the same.
Through mindful and grounding walks in the natural surroundings of Lund, I invite you to pause, reconnect with your body, and experience a deeper sense of presence, with yourself and with nature.
My work is simple at its core. It’s about slowing down and becoming aware of what is already here, what you see, hear, feel, smell, and taste.
Whether you are seeking calm, reflection, or a deeper connection, you are welcome just as you are.
This is not about becoming something new. It is about returning to what is already within you.
In the stillness of nature, something begins to shift. Through my walks, workshops and retreats, I invite you to slow down and reconnect, and to experience a quiet sense of oneness within yourself and the world around you.
You are warmly invited to join me on this journey,
Ingrid

It can look still. A tree standing there, unmoving. A lake without ripples.
